Terms and Condition
The Student Journals welcomes you to thestudentjournals.co.uk, our digital information network. These are our terms and conditions for use of the network, which you may access in several ways, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, digital television, PDA, mobile phone and RSS feeds. These terms and conditions apply whenever you access the network, on whatever device. In these terms and conditions, when we say thestudentjournals.co.uk, we mean this network, regardless of how you access it.
Any access to this network deems acceptance to the following conditions.

“Visitor” – anyone using the network/website who is not a member
“User” - a visitor or network member
Acceptance
The agreement sets forth the terms of use of this website. Only Website Members have full access entitlement of the Website. Users agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this agreement. Users unable to comply with these terms and conditions should leave the website and terminate any existing membership subscriptions immediately.
Registration
This will allow you access to the registration areas of the site provided that:
- you disclose your email address and select a password of your choice.
- your email address and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access thestudentjournals.co.uk.
- you will not copy/share any information (or such) that would aid or assist anyone who is not a registered member to registered member access in a manner not compatible with these terms and conditions.
- you do not create any additional registration accounts for the purpose of exploiting this site; nor do you seek to pass yourself off as another user.
- you comply with these terms and conditions.
- If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these requirements, we may, at our discretion, cancel your access to the registration areas of immediately and without giving you any advance notice..
Use of material
For the purposes of this agreement, "material" means material including, without limitation, text, video, graphics and sound material, published on the thestudentjournals.co.uk network, whether copyright of The Student Journals or a third party.
Any extracts can be downloaded or printed for personal and non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce any part of the network or material or transmit it to a store or another website (or such) unless we have indicated you may do so.

Submitting text for publication on thestudentjournals.co.uk
Any users or visitors may submit material for publication. We accept no liability in respect of any material submitted by users and published by us.
Any proposed publication material must comply with the following terms

- You warrant to us that any material you submit to us is your own original work and that you own the copyright and any other relevant rights.

- You agree not to post any material that is intended to upset users or visitors.
- Any breach of these warranties may cause us damage or loss and you agree to compensate us in permanently and in full for any costs, loss or damage we may incur as a result of publishing material you submit to us, including against third parties, and including consequential losses, to the extent permitted at law.
- We reserve the right to remove your access to individual services completely if we believe you are abusing the services in any way.

All personal data is used in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Variations
These terms may be varied from time to time. Any changes we make to the terms and conditions will be reflected on this page. Governing law & jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
